iPhone 3.1.2 Genius Mix Bug

With the recently introduced iPhone 3.1 Firmware we were treated with a new feature called Genius Mixes. Fix Hackintosh iTunes/QuickTime Mouse Lag

If you are running a build of Leopard or Snow Leopard on your Hackintosh, have noticed that anytime you use iTunes or QuickTime the mouse always pauses or lags for a split second?
